    Today I'm bringing y'all a dream-worthy recipe for vegan cheeseburger pizza. That's right! You don't have to pick between a vegan cheeseburger or vegan pizza anymore. You can buckle down and combine these two lovable comfort foods into one drool-worthy dish.

    Like I said, pre-made pizza dough is a life saver in this case. All you have to do is slice it up, stretch it out, add the toppings, and bake it! Voilà! Fresh vegan cheeseburger pizzas ready for you to dig in.

    These are a total 10/10 because they're covered in delicious burger ingredients like veggie ground round, vegan cheese, diced pickles, onions, and tomatoes! Don't 'cha worry, sauce lovers. You also get to drizzle it in a creamy burger sauce that's just like the kind you love from fast food joints.

    vegan cheeseburger pizza

    A combination of two classic comfort foods! It's veg-friendly cheeseburger madness on top of mini pizzas, which is basically a vegan dream come true.

    Ingredients

    burger sauce

    • 1 C vegan mayonnaise
    • ¼ C sweet relish
    • 2 tablespoon ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 tbsp chopped chives
    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

    mini pizzas

    • 1 pre-made pizza dough, cut into 4 even pieces
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds (optional)
    • 1 pkg Yves veggie ground round
    • ¼ C pizza sauce
    • ½ C diced onion
    • ½ C diced tomato
    • ½ C sliced pickles
    • 8 vegan cheddar slices

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 475°F.
    • To make the burger sauce, whisk together ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
    • Cut the pre-made ball of pizza dough into 4 equal pieces.
    • Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil. Flatten and stretch each of piece of dough to form the pizza crusts. Brush the edges of each crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    • Put veggie ground round into a bowl and break apart so it forms a crumbly texture.
    • Spread pizza sauce on the middle of each pizza crust. Then top each mini pizza with with vegan cheese slices, diced onion, diced tomato, and sliced pickles.
    • Bake mini pizzas for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
    • Remove from the oven and drizzle with burger sauce. Serve immediately.

    Notes

    Pre-made pizza dough is often in the deli section of your grocery store or somewhere around where they sell to-go hot bar items. I've also seen it in the frozen food section as well. If you don't see it, just ask someone. I bet you it's in the store somewhere!

      made this pizzas many many times (no need to say - they are gorgeous), but just now I've realized that by written recipe you're supposed to put ground round only in a bowl and not on pizzas and that could also work just fine 😀
