I'm pretty sure we all wish we drank more greens. But tasting them isn't necessarily how I want to start my day.
This coconut matcha smoothie great to try if you want to transition into drinking more greens in the morning! Trust me, you can't even taste the kale. Plus matcha green tea powder is a nice alternative to having strong coffee be the first thing that hits your system.
One of the secret superfoods in this recipe is hemp hearts. I love them! They're full of plant-based protein and have all 10 essential amino acids. Check out 3 more ways you can incorporate them into your diet!
